Goods delivery
The goods are delivered via Regular Registered Mail. In an unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please contact to customer services. You will be able to track your order.
Delivery Time
The average arrival time for the international deliveries is 10-15 business days as it depends on the mail service it varies. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. If you do not receive your packages within 28 business days after the expected date and you do not receive a seizure letter do let us know. We will provide you with further instructions.
Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 1-5 days once your payment has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart.
Order Cancellation
In case of need to cancel an order, you are able to do that within 1-2 hours after payment completion. You must contact on hghgear.to. requiring your order cancellation. Otherwise your order will be fulfilled & charged respectively.

Claims & Refund
An order may not be delivered to the destination in case it has been seized at customs or lost in the mail.
