But because of covid, we are facing some delays as well. 90% of our shipments are delivered in 20 days to USA, but nevertheless, we had some orders which were delivered in 50-60 days.

That's why we have to change our re-shipping policy. The reason for this change is the pandemic.
• We re-ship for orders that do not arrive within 60 days of your hand.
• We do re-shiping for all orders which are stuck in the custom without any question.

Please Noted: HGH shipments are out of this situation. Because we ship hgh’s by express courier and customers receive this order within 2 days. Our guarantee delivery criteria is valid for HGH for US.

Delays caused by Covid are not caused by us, please create your orders accordingly.

When you place an order and does not arrive in 20 days, do not expect us to make re shiping it immediately. Please wait a little longer before you complain.

Let me explain "WHY"
Because of the pandemic, some cargo had to wait in NY. Although our customers knew about this situation, they did not want to wait and expect re-shiping from us. We sent it to everyone so as not to upset anyone and finally, we saw that both the first shipment and the second shipment were delivered to all our customers. None of our shipments were lost or stuck at customs.

Customers who received their second packs did not return the payment for the extra product they received or even they did not place another order. For this reason, we tell our customers to wait patiently a little longer during this period.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes. We are able to ship to APO and FPO addresses.

Discreet Packing

Products are packed with extreme care and caution, specifically to minimize shipment volume.

If the order is to large to fit one package we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages.

Do you offer express shipping?

We use it only for Botox and Dysport.
We don't use and we don't recommend using fast shipping services like DHL Express, FedEx, UPS because they are very strictly controlled by customs and seizure can often occur.

Do you reship the products that were damaged during the transportation?

We can reship if the product is damaged during the shipping process, but only based on a proof that you'll provide to our side.
